A beautiful, ergonomically and anatomically correct head, carved from both domestic and imported woods, usually lumber rather than burl for strength. The shafts are made of 1/2" diameter steel pipe coated with epoxy and have a wood core. The shape is uneven simulating a "natural" stick. The finish of the stick is smooth and polished. The finished shafts are roughly 3/4" in diameter. Pictured here is one carved from Red Oak. All my cambridge heads are for the right hand at this time, unless specifically noted. |
